High-resistance insulating material - PVDC(K film)

PVDC coating film is abbreviated as K-film, which is a high-resistance insulating plastic material. It is the best resistance material in plastic packaging.

The K-film can coat (PVDC) latex on a variety of different film materials, which can greatly reduce the oxygen permeability and improve the shelf life, fragrance retention, freshness preservation and oil resistance. It is the same as all plastic film, can be printed, heat sealed and compounded.

In recent years, K-film has been widely used in moon cake (seasonal food) packaging, used in the structure as KOP / CPP, KPET / CPP, K polishing / CPP, KPA / CPP, etc. It had been proved that K-film is better than others material to make the moon cake achieve to the shelf life, freshness preservation and oil resistance. However, due to the seasonal application of K film, the supply will be tight and drops down in before and after the Mid-Autumn Festival. In this unstable supply and demand status, it will cause the price instability and need a huge order needs to use it.
